We want you to love your Princess Polly look, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Get Processed
Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and issue your credit or refund within 6-10 business days.
